We designed this smocked dress for an amazing night out. The high-low dress has tiers of circular-cut ruffles attached to a fully smocked tee-like top with a keyhole opening at the back.
Made in a limited edition in India with many, many meters of cupro, or vegan silk.
Wear it with or without the matching Smocked Leggings underneath for a full winter night set.
