We offer complimentary shipping within the US for orders over $200, and encourage you to check the size chart when placing your orders. If you have any questions or special requests, or wish to pre-order an item or size that is no longer in stock, please don’t hesitate to contact us at studio@abacaxi-nyc.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free (we will cover domestic shipping) within in the US. Please contact us within 6 days of receiving your item if you need an exchange or simply login to your account here to initiate a return, and place a new order for the new item. Items must be sent back new, unworn, and unwashed with the tags attached.
Returns
Please initiate the return within 6 days of receiving your order if you need a return label, due to our limited inventory, by sending an email to studio@abacaxi-nyc.com or by logging into your account here to initiate a return. We will only refund items that are new, unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Custom and made-to-order items are not returnable.
We will also cover shipping for domestic returns, but a 12% processing/restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund to cover just a portion of the shipping and credit card processing fees incurred. We waive this fee if you are making an exchange.
Please note that final sale discounted items cannot be returned for a refund.
Lost Packages
abacaxi is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the package has been handed over to the carrier; we will however help you to file a claim with the carrier.
International Orders
We now offer international shipping to most countries, postage will be calculated at checkout! International customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping and for any duties that may be incurred.
Pre-orders
Please allow 3-6 weeks for shipping if your item is a custom made piece or a pre-order (beaded jewelry collab). We do not offer refunds on pre-orders or made-to-order items. Our custom-made jewelry pieces typically ship within 1-2 weeks.
Sales tax
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in New York.

Any and all information collected by abacaxi is used solely for the purpose of processing of your order. When you place an order with us, you have the option subscribe to our newsletters. We email about once a week with updates; they’re pretty and you can unsubscribe anytime.
